Yes, you can in fact swim with the patch! We recommend keeping the patch under your bathing suit to ensure that it stays on.

You may also bathe or shower while wearing the patch. We recommend that you avoid applying soaps or lotions directly to the patch or area surrounding the patch. Please also avoid any direct shower stream on the patch.

You may prefer our estrogen cream, if you're concerned. Our creams fully absorb within 30 minutes, and they also tend to be more affordable than patches.
