How to submit information to your HSA/FSA or insurance provider

Winona doesn't directly work with insurance companies, and we don't bill your insurance provider for you.

However, many of our patients use HSA/FSA funds as a form of payment or are reimbursed by their insurance provider for their HRT expenses. As a patient of Winona, you can access your HSA/FSA receipt and NDC forms through your online patient account.

To do so, start by logging in to your account. Once you're logged into your Patient Portal, click on "Insurance Documents" under your name in the upper righthand corner of the page. You should be able to download an HSA receipt, FSA receipt, and NDC forms to submit to your HSA/FSA administrator or insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please be aware that Winona is not able to provide any additional documentation or information requested by HSA/FSA administrators and/or insurance companies beyond what is included in the specialized documents.
