Once the onboarding process is complete, and a Winona doctor has made the determination to prescribe an HRT treatment plan, prescriptions will be submitted to our Winona pharmacy for fulfillment.

When the pharmacy receives a prescription request for fulfillment, there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period to allow for cancelations or last-minute changes to the treatment plan. Typically, the pharmacy will then prepare and ship each order within 1-2 business days. Depending on the state in which a patient resides and the delivery times of the USPS, packages should arrive within 3-5 business days. Winona ships medications to patients free of charge.

Patients are able to purchase expedited shipping options, such as Priority Mail or FedEx Overnight, for a fee.
