Cancellation and Refund Policy

Winona prescribes customized HRT medications based on each patient's unique menopause symptoms and their severity.

As such, once medications are prepared by the pharmacy, they cannot be refunded, returned, or re-dispensed to another patient.

After the prescription order processes, there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before the pharmacy will begin fulfilling the order. Patients may cancel an order and receive a full refund to the original form of payment within the 24-hour window only.

Patients receive an email notification when their order processes, giving them the opportunity to cancel or edit the order before it's fulfilled.

There is no long-term agreement or subscription fee associated with a Winona account, and treatment plans can be canceled anytime here in account settings.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Click Your Account.

  • Press Edit.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Subscription.
