Winona prescribes customized HRT medications based on each patient's unique menopause symptoms and their severity. As such, once medications are prepared by the pharmacy, they cannot be refunded, returned, or re-dispensed to another patient.
After the prescription order processes, there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before the pharmacy will begin fulfilling the order. Patients may cancel an order and receive a full refund to the original form of payment within the 24-hour window only.

Patients receive an email notification when their order processes, giving them the opportunity to cancel or edit the order before it's fulfilled.
HRT works best when taken consistently over time. For this reason, we automatically send your medication refills at the appropriate time specified by your treatment plan. However, we understand that there may be times when you're not ready for a refill or need to delay a shipment.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order within the 24-hour window, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://app.bywinona.com/treatment.
2. Select the Treatment tab.
3. Click Manage Prescription.
4. Select Cancel Current Order.
Once your order is canceled, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original form of payment.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
There is no long-term agreement or subscription fee associated with a Winona account, and treatment plans can be canceled anytime here in account settings.

To cancel your subscription:
Click Your Account.
Press Edit.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Subscription.
