Winona prescribes customized HRT medications according to each patient's unique set of menopause symptoms and level of severity.

As such, once the medications are prepared and shipped from the pharmacy, they cannot be returned or dispensed to another patient.

If an order has not yet shipped from the pharmacy, it may be canceled, and a refund will be initiated back to the original form of payment.

Patients are notified via email prior to each shipment and given the opportunity to cancel and/or edit the order.

There is no long-term agreement or subscription fee associated with a Winona account, and treatment plans may be canceled at any time here in account settings.

  • Click on Your Account.

  • Press Edit.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Cancel Subscription.
