Canceling a Refill

I'm not ready for a refill yet!

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) works best if taken consistently over time. For this reason, we send your medication refills to you automatically at the appropriate time specified by your treatment plan.

However, we understand that there are certain circumstances when you may not be ready for a refill or need to delay a shipment.

If your refill has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by following these steps:

1. Use this link to log in to your Winona account.

2. Select "Your Account" under your name in the upper right hand corner of the page.

3. Select "Edit."

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

5. Once you click that button, you will be given the option to pause your subscriptions for up to 90 days.

6. Your pending refill will be canceled and automatically refunded.

Once an order has been canceled, please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to post the money back to your original form of payment, depending on their policy.

PLEASE NOTE: Action must be taken prior to shipment of your order, as we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have been shipped from our pharmacy. We are also not able to accept returns of prescription medications. This policy is in line with standard procedures for brick and mortar pharmacies.
