The progestins in birth control are very different from the progesterone used in Winona's HRT, and some women do find improvement in their symptoms from the additional bioidentical progesterone we prescribe.
During the onboarding process, there’s a place to leave special notes for the Winona doctor to review. Please indicate if you're using birth control, and the doctor will review your profile and determine which prescriptions are appropriate.
Once onboarding is completed, the assigned doctor will also be available via messaging in the Patient Portal at any time.
