Winona doctors do not conduct phone calls or video consultations due to privacy concerns and platform restrictions. Additionally, many of our board-certified, physicians have other practices that are not affiliated with Winona, so it’s important that all communication about your Winona experience takes place through the private portal.

All communication occurs via messaging in the secure Patient Portal. This allows both the patient and the doctor to review past messages and prescription history, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Once onboarding is complete, 24/7 access to the messaging system becomes available in your account.
