Winona doctors do not conduct phone calls or video consultations due to privacy concerns and platform restrictions. Instead, our thorough onboarding and intake process replaces the need for an appointment. During onboarding, prospective patients have the opportunity to list any questions or concerns they have for the doctor that will be addressed before any prescriptions are written.
All communication occurs through private messaging in the secure Patient Portal. This allows both the patient and the doctor to review past messages and prescription history, ensuring timely and efficient communication. Patients gain access to the Patient Portal and messaging once onboarding is complete.
