Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) works best when taken consistently over time. For this reason, we automatically send your medication refills at the appropriate time specified by your treatment plan.
However, we understand that there may be times when you're not ready for a refill or need to delay a shipment.

Once the pharmacy receives a prescription request for fulfillment, there is a 24-hour waiting period during which you can make changes or cancel your order.
If your refill is within the 24 hour window, you can cancel it by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Winona account using this link.
2. Click "SUPPORT" at the top of the page.
3. Select "Manage Orders."
4. Choose the order youโd like to cancel.
5. Click "Cancel # Order."
6. A pop-up will confirm: "Done! Your orders have been canceled, and the amount refunded to your card on file."
Once an order is canceled, please allow 5โ7 business days for your bank to process the refund and post it to your original form of payment, depending on their policy.
PLEASE NOTE: After the 24-hour window has passed, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded, as the pharmacy will be actively working on fulfilling your customized prescription medication.
