If your order has not yet shipped, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to https://app.bywinona.com/treatment

2. Select treatment (Please ensure that Auto-Refill is activated)

3. Select Manage Prescription

4. Select Cancel current order

Once an order has been cancelled, please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.

Please note: Action must be taken prior to shipment of your order, as we cannot cancel, return, or refund orders once they have been shipped.
