To change your shipping and/or billing address, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your Account Settings.
2. Scroll down to enter your updated shipping and/or billing information.
PLEASE NOTE: As we provide prescription medications, we must comply with state licensing requirements and have a doctor on our team who is licensed to prescribe in your state. We are actively working to expand our services to all states as soon as possible!
If you receive an error message and are unable to update your address, we may not be able to provide care in your state yet, or you may require a change of physician
