Has my order shipped yet, and when will it arrive?

Once your order is prepared and has shipped from the pharmacy, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking information.

The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during your onboarding process.

You can also check the status of your order and tracking information anytime within your Patient Portal using the instructions below:

1. Log into your Patient Portal here

2. Select Treatment

3. Select View Subscription

4. Select the specific medication that you wish to find the order details and tracking information for

Please note that if your order says "processing," it may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

Once you have your tracking number, we recommend using the USPS tracking tool to track your package, as they are usually the most up-to-date with the location of your package.
