Once your order is ready and has shipped from the pharmacy, you'll receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking information. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the onboarding process.
You can also check the status of your order and tracking information anytime within the Patient Portal using the instructions below:
1. Log in to your Patient Portal here.
2. Select Treatment.
3. Select View Subscription.
4. Select the specific medication that you wish to find the order details and tracking information for.
Please note that if your order says "processing," it may take 24 hours for USPS to update your tracking number.
Once you have your tracking number, we recommend using the USPS tracking tool to track your package, as they are usually the most up-to-date with the location of your package.
