Delayed Shipping or Lost Packages

Once an order has been prepared and shipped from the pharmacy, an email confirmation is sent containing the tracking number. This number can be used to track orders within the USPS system.

The typical delivery time frame for USPS Ground Advantage service is 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. Orders are not processed on the weekends. Holidays and weather events can also impact delivery times. Winona cannot control delays on behalf of the USPS.

If the tracking information reflects that a package has been delivered but is still missing, the postal carrier may have marked the package as such before the delivery was actually completed. If you did not receive it, please follow these instructions:

1. Confirm that the delivery address is correct by logging into your Winona account, going to the Treatment tab, clicking View Subscription, and then scrolling down to view the delivery address.

2. Check with neighbors, building managers, or front desk staff who might have accepted the package.

3. Contact the local USPS branch to confirm if the package has actually been delivered or if they are still in possession of it - Be sure to have your USPS tracking number available.

4. Wait 3–5 business days for the package to arrive.

If the package still can't be located, please contact the Patient Care Team within 14 days of the marked delivery date. If the package has been lost in transit and tracking information has not been updated, please contact Winona within 30 days of the shipped date.
