How to Update Your Payment Method
To update your payment method, please login to your Winona account here.
Once logged in, click on your initial in the upper right hand corner and open your Account Settings.
Click “Your Account”. This will bring you to your personal information page.
Click the “Edit” Button.
Scroll down to your “Billing Details” and click the “Edit” lettering next to it. This will allow you to update your payment method.
How to Update Your Billing or Shipping Address
To update your address, please login to your Winona account here.
Once logged in, click on your initial in the upper right hand corner and open your Account Settings.
Click “Your Account”. This will bring you to your personal information page.
Click the “Edit” button.
Scroll down to your “Billing Details” and click the “Edit” lettering next to it. This will allow you to update your shipping and/or billing information.
Please note: Winona must comply with state licensing requirements, meaning your Winona doctor must be licensed to prescribe in your state. If you receive an error message and are unable to update your address, we may not be able to provide care in your state yet, or you may require a change of physician. We are actively working to expand our services to all states as soon as possible!
