Winona will prepare and ship your medications to you free of charge from our own compounding pharmacies. While you can have your HRT prescription sent to an outside pharmacy of your choosing, we don't recommend this.

Most retail pharmacies can't fulfill personalized, compounded medications, and they also have the prerogative to reject your prescription.

In the case of your Winona doctor prescribing patches or pills, retail pharmacies may dispense synthetic versions of those medications, which have been shown to be not as effective or safe as bioidentical HRT.

If you opt to proceed with having your prescription sent to an outside pharmacy, you will incur a $50 monthly platform fee, in addition to the cost of your medications. This platform fee covers continued care with your Winona doctor.
