Where can I find my order status and tracking information?

Has my order shipped yet and when will it arrive?

Once your order is prepared and has shipped from the pharmacy, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking information. You can also check your order status and tracking information within your Patient Portal using the instructions below:

1. Log into your Patient Portal here

2. Select Treatment

3. Select View Subscription

4. Select the relevant medication to find the order details and tracking information

(Please note that if your order says "processing," it may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS)

Once you have your tracking number, we recommend using the USPS website to track your package, as they are usually the most up-to-date with the location of your package. You can check your tracking number here.
