In order to have a prescription order placed with Winona, you'll need to complete our online questionnaire. The questionnaire will gather your medical information for our healthcare providers. They'll review your symptoms and medical history, and with that information, they'll be able to work with you to evaluate your treatment options.

Your provider may follow up with questions, which you can respond to using our secure, online message portal. Once your provider completes your evaluation, Winona will ship your prescription medications directly to you from our Winona pharmacies.

If your provider determines a prescription is not appropriate for you, they will offer you alternative options and information about next steps.
