The worst symptoms of menopause are often the ones that people don’t talk about. Yes, we all know about hot flashes and moodiness, but what about lack of sleep, brain fog, irritability, vaginal dryness, and painful sex? Or the changes in face and neck skin that seem to happen overnight? How about the incontinence that occurs with laughter or a sneeze?

Every woman has a unique experience, but urinary incontinence, urinary tract infections, decreased mental function (brain fog), and painful sex seem to be major concerns with menopause that can gravely impact a woman's quality of life.
