Is Winona a subscription? Do I have to manually reorder my prescriptions?

Winona is a subscription-based service, so patients don't need to reorder their medications monthly. Since HRT works most effectively when taken consistently over time, refills are automatically shipped at the appropriate interval β€” either monthly or every three months, depending on the selected treatment plan. This automatic refill feature is designed to ensure that patients don't run out of medication before their next refill arrives. If a patient needs to pause their prescription, they can contact their doctor through the Patient Portal.

Below is the message that appears during onboarding where Winona ensures that patients are aware they're opting into a subscription. Patients can cancel or pause their subscription(s) at any time if needed.
